We can't rate Donna highly enough. This was our fourth time selling property in this area, so we are very experienced in this. Donna was an absolute pleasure to deal with at all times. From first contact until after settlement she kept us informed at every step. She showed professionalism and a thorough knowledge of the property market and her guidance and recommendations were invaluable. We don't live in the area, so Donna happily took on the role of working with and collecting keys from the property managers, employing tradespeople for repairs, and even collecting dead cockroaches after pest control were finished. This was all in addition to her outstanding sales ability which resulted in us selling very quickly for a much higher price than we anticipated.
