We hold two sessions per year for young first home buyers or investors with the purpose of removing the fear and uncertainty around stepping onto the property ladder.

These sessions are run by Kathy - the principal here at RE/MAX Living, the Three youth ambassadors; William, Melanie & Chanae and a representative from Pivotal Finance Brokerage to answer all the nitty gritty specific questions.

The program was created to target those between 18-30 that are looking to enter the property market or are thinking about getting themselves on the path to do so, but aren't sure where to start. We're here to help walk you through the process and get you in a position to purchase your first property.

The three ambassadors, whom are all within the age demographic at 24, 22 & 21, hold a Q&A session to discuss their current stages in the buying process and answer relatable questions you may have. They will  give tips and advice about how to get there, discuss the issues that came up for them and give examples of how possible it is to get from stage 1 of thinking about purchasing to owning multiple properties. An expert from Pivotal Finance will run a presentation showing the specifics of finance, how to get a loan, how much deposit you will need, interest rates and etc. 

The next night will be held on in February, 2023 - pending date. The sessions are located at RE/MAX Living in Burpengary: Shop 5, 189 Station Road, Burpengary.
