Chanae is a vibrant, productive and helpful member of the RE/MAX Living team, always willing to aid or address all team members and clients with a positive, calm and professional manner.

Prior to working with RE/MAX Living, Chanae successfully completed a week long intensive real estate sales training course. Eager to continue growing her skills, she completed a trainee-ship in business administration during her first year at RE/MAX.

Chanae has now been with the team for 5 years, starting as a receptionist, moving to property management assistant, then sales administrator, the E.A to the principal of RE/MAX Living - Kathy Sweeney and now the Marketing Manager.

Each year Chanaes administrative responsibilities have expanded considerably but not just because of the growth of the team. The expansion of her role is also the result of her ability to free-up capacity by creating efficient processes, coupled with her insatiable appetite for eliminating administrative pain points. Not only does she want to eliminate any administrative issues, but she is also always thinking about new things that could be done to improve the service and professionalism of the business.

She enjoys and thrives from the diversity her role provides as she is able to assist both clients and all members of the team, across the rental and sales departments. She is a consummate professional in all her many duties and then goes above and beyond expectations to support the team, customers, and RE/MAX Living's mission.

Chanae's hard work was acknowledged at RE/MAX Australia's 2021 Annual Awards night in Feburary 2022, achieving the Office Support Person of the year award. She was also nominated as a finalist in the 2022 REIQ for Excellence awards for Agency Support Person of the Year.
