Cate chose to pursue a career in the Real Estate Industry 4 years ago, specifically to work in the Property Management area where she felt she could offer a unique experience for both landlords and tenants. She is passionate about open communication, transparency, and is solution minded!

Cate has had a colourful career, working in the interior and building industry running her own small business, moving into vocational training and then onto HR & Recruitment. Throughout her career she has built strong client relationships, developed exceptional negotiation and problem solving skills, and believes integrity and honesty is the basis of all good relationships.
